The ICSH, with the support of Colleen Smith with Stris and Maher, filed an amicus brief in Moyle v. United States, in support of the United States.
What is an amicus brief? An amicus brief is a legal brief provided by a third party who has an interest in the court’s decision, to aid the court by offering additional and relevant information.
Legislative Presentation on health exception
On Wednesday, April 3rd, Idaho legislators were invited to a presentation highlighting the challenges Idaho's healthcare workforce is experiencing, and the subsequent impact on patients. This event was hosted by the Idaho Coalition for Safe Healthcare, the Idaho Medical Association, and the Idaho Hospital Association.
