The ICSH Foundation funds most of our everyday operations in addition to supporting our community engagement and education efforts, legislative education efforts, and grassroots advocacy. Donations made to the 501(c)3 are tax-deductible.

Tax exempt status is pending approval with the IRS. Once approved, all donations made after November 3, 2023 to the ICSH Foundation will be tax deductible.

Donations made to the 501(c)4 fund all of our direct lobbying efforts and issue-specific advocacy in the Idaho Legislature.

Though donations made to the 501(c)4 are not tax deductible, your investment allows us to show up and fight for safe and evidence-based healthcare policies for all of Idaho.
